I want to work for the government HUD/EPA/USDA

It’s a bet I have. I say that you can have a DUI every 11 years and the court will always consider it to be your first- that the other ones will not have any relevance. Basic DUI’s- no one killed. Is this true?
I just am asking about CA- I don’t care about other states.

This is one of the biggest reasons I’m against marijuana’s legalization. I’ve been driving high years now and it has no affect on my driving. I do acknowledge that with some people driving high is not a good idea. Do not even begin to criticize me because i’ve never been in an accident or even gotten a speeding ticket in the 9 years I’ve been driving.

Back to my question, if marijuana is legalized on federal level, subsequently the state levels, will roadside marijuana tests be inevitable?

IMO, the science of this matter has it’s restrictions, with legalization comes funding, with funding comes innovations.

To be honest, I would question my motor skills more so if I was on a pain killer rather than marijuana.
No No No, if you know the law, you’re not getting a ticket for driving high, to many holes if you know what you’re doing.

I wasn’t sure if a local county/state law enforcement would go so far as to track down someone that’s gone back home overseas for work and because he couldn’t stay in the US legally anyway.

his car is totaled, he wants to use one of mine.

My son’s father eluded police for 6 blocks before pulling over with him in the vehicle.This is his second dui under the new pa laws.

Is it enough to charge someone for a DUI?

If convicted of DUI in Nebraska, can you still legally drive while the case is under appeal? Also does the conviction and length of suspension carry over to the 49 other states? Can anyone direct me to website references? Thanks in advance.

Am I required to carry some sort of form?
The DUI was almost 3 yrs ago. They know I have the DUI cause I called them for the SR-22 and they gave me it.
