my friend got a dui in idaho. what punishment or fine he is facing ?
one of my friend got dui in idaho with blood alchoal level of .20 . cop also find a small quantity of marijuana in his car. this guy has a commercial driving license & this is his first offense. can somebody tell me what he is facing.
