would a DUI conviction prevent gettin new job?
I do graphic design and have a recent DUI, there is Graphic design job available with the NM lottery which you have to pass a back round check, would my DUI prevent me from getting that job. It does not envlove driving, just design and I have no crimnal record.

if im 18, i got a bac level of .09%, ran a stop sign going 40mph. i just payed off a ticket for going 95+ and i got a ticket a week before my dui for going 90. how screwed am i? are these all felonies?
