Can Canadians with past DUI convictions fly to the States when they wanna visit?
My Husband and I are planning a trip to Vegas this October. My husband got a DUI a year ago, he paid the fine and took the course.he has no other past criminal offences. We can’t seem to find any info if Canadians with past DUI convictions in Canada can get into the US?
can i reinstate my license after a dui, without having to show proof of insurance?

I have been living here over a year and just finished a master’s degree. I am applying for a post study visa to remain here another 2 years. Might I get denied that visa because of my DUI in the States 3 years ago? It didn’t affect my getting a student visa.
