If DUI was issued {first offense} in florida, and I live in PA {I have a clean pa license}, can PA suspend my license? My Florida attorney does not know. neither does the PA DMV.Any answers appreciated.I looked on the PA DMV web site , and it states that for out of state 1st offense DUI, there is no suspension. I cannot get anyone to verify that info.

in march 2006 tammy smith was killed in a car accident just across tha florida, georgia state line. the lady that was convicted name is Evelyn Strickland. the conviction was handed down in latr june-early july 2007.

Now I would like to say that I have never done this and i’m never planning on it, just wondering about something. When a driver under the influence of another substance, besides alcohol (lets say marijuana), gets pulled over and fails the sobriety test but passes the breath test and the officer has suspicion that the operator of the motor vehicle is under the influence of EX. Pot, Can that officer give you a blood or urine test, and if you fail how can it be proven the time frame under which you were intoxicated? Also works vice-versa What if you are completly sober, get pulled over for dui suspicion, pass the breath test, but officer is convinced you are intoxicated so he gives a urine test but you have marijuana in your system from a day or 2 before, is it still DUI?

The offender has a clean record, and blew a .090. Any chance the ticket can be removed, or down grated? Thank you in advance.
