If I was let off for a DUI in an accident, does my insurance still find out I was drinking?
I was at fault in an accident and was breathalyzed above the legal level. The police let me off and didn’t give me a dui, just a red light ticket. Will my insurance find out that I was drinking even though I wasn’t given the dui?

Would a DUI 9 years old, and 2 misdemeanor marijuana charges keep me from getting a job after CDL school ?
the marijuana charges are from 2003 and 2005, all 3 charges had probation that was completed. I don’t want to waste 6 thousand dollars for the CDL school if I’m not going to be able to get a job.
